I was talked into going to Englishtown (flea market) and boy am I glad I went. I wasn't enthusiastic at first since we were leaving  after noon which means all the good stuff is usually gone. I didn't take a ton of money but for about $20 I found some goodies I'm proud of.  My 1st find of the day I picked up the Sophie & two NFL Jerseys for $3. I love LIV bodies for body swaps. Those jerseys will come in handy for either the ladies or a couple of guys. Next find I up 3 dolls and 2 books (not pictured) for $6. Not sure which Christie's or Teresa this is. Teresa must be a ballerina (note the purple colored plastic legs). The Christie's are pretty. They came dressed as you see them. Teresa is having a slight wardrobe malfunction. The last find of the day I was uber happy because I spotted the Princess of Ancient Mexico for $4. She doesn't have her headdress,  necklace, or armlets but hey for $4 I'm still happy. While everyone was hitting Target I found myself in Kmart. They are having a heck of a sale. They have 50% off all the clearanced toys. I'm not sure when the sale is over but I picked up some things  I picked up this beauty because she was $15. I didn't think there will be any left to get down to $4 like I scored last year. I will be removing her head and putting her on a new body. These goodies are for the few bigger ladies I own. For $2.50 each I got some summer duds for my girls. LIV stuff on clearance. Alexis was $6 and the outfit $3.50. They had LIV dolls from the beach line too. I think they are $5. I will go back this week because those bodies do come in handy. I used my Barbie Collector credit for this doll. I can use her body and the dress will come in handy too. I waited until the last day to buy because there was nothing I really wanted. I hope they get some new goodies to tempt me..but not too much Happy Easter to all. I love...

I know somewhere in the beginning of this blog I talked about my Kelly collecting. I have been a collector of a Barbie's little sister since her inception back in '95. Kelly & friends are the cutest things. Her friends include Tommy, Tamika, Deidre, Jenny, Nia, Kerstie and more. You can find all the info on Kelly at L'il Friends of Kelly .  Mattel decided in 2011 to change Kelly to Chelsea for some made up reason. Here is a small glimpse of my collection.  These are all classic Kelly & friends I consider my play kids. Forgive the naked kids I have to redress a few. Some of the empty spaces had doubles I pared down. These are some of the OOAK's (one of a kind) I've collected over the years. I have many more that I've received as gifts over the years. I had to go shopping yesterday so you know I had to shop a little :O) I went to Target for the purpose of finding the new Chelsea & friends dolls that I saw on the enabler Vanessa's blog. I found them and here they are... I also found some clearance goodies. I like what I can buy for under $20. I have my 1st Moxie boy. The LIV fashion for under $8 perfect. Look at the cute ornaments. The snowflake will be a picture frame or a clock. The flatsy's are dolls for the girls.  I bought the penguin because it reminded me of Joey's penguin Hugsy (flashback city) on Friends. It was the episode when Rachel & her baby girl Emma stayed with Joey. Emma got attached to Hugsy and Joey wanted him back. He ended up giving Hugsy to her anyway.
