World Doll Day..Late As Usual

I know this was back in June and I'm slow as molasses but I'm catching up. I was tagged by my friend Georgia Girl over at Pink Obsession a while back. I was also nominated by my friend Dana over at A Philly Collector of Playscale Dolls And Action Figures. I finally looked at what I was supposed to do so here it goes.
 The rules are as follows:

1. List 3 favorite dolls from the ones you got last year.

2. List 3 dolls currently on your wish list.
3. Tag 5 people to do the same.

My 3 favorite ladies I got from last year in no particular order are :
1.  Le Smoking Adele

2. Barbie Look City Shine 

3. Is a tie. I chose Darla Daley Colour My World & Diana aka Joyous celebration Poppy Parker
 Darla is from 2012 release but I just got her in 2014. I don't know what I was thinking. Diana is named after Wonder Woman aka Lynda Carter's character Diana Prince.

The 3 dolls on my current wishlist are in no particular order:
Momoko and Amelie are the dolls I'm looking for



I'm not going to tag anyone since this is soooo late, lol. If you haven't done it go for it.

    Hey Anika! :-). I didn't purchase Colour My World either when she initially came out. Congratulations on getting her! Maybe, I will find her at IT this year. And AA Poppy. :-). I hope you are able to get your trails.

Flea Market Fun

I was talked into going to Englishtown (flea market) and boy am I glad I went. I wasn't enthusiastic at first since we were leaving  after noon which means all the good stuff is usually gone. I didn't take a ton of money but for about $20 I found some goodies I'm proud of.  My 1st find of the day I picked up the Sophie & two NFL Jerseys for $3. I love LIV bodies for body swaps. Those jerseys will come in handy for either the ladies or a couple of guys. Next find I up 3 dolls and 2 books (not pictured) for $6. Not sure which Christie's or Teresa this is. Mass Blogger Interview Answers For Ms Leo

I decided to answer Ms. Leo interview questions from   I Luv Dolls . Give it a try I'm interested in your answers too When did you start collecting dolls? Oddly enough I didn't start collecting dolls until my late 20's. My brothers had action figures (Star Wars, GI Joe). What was your first purchase as a collector ? My 1st purchase was Kelly Barbie's littlest sister in her crib. I guess we can say I loved the littlest one (at the time) first. How many dolls do you own? Really not sure at this point but figure I have over 300 Kelly & friends. My Fashion Royalty collection is about 130 - 150 at this point (I haven't inventoried lately). I'm pretty sure Barbie & friends is about 350 or more (remember haven't inventoried in a while). Creatable World Takeover

Has anyone noticed that Mattel's Creatable World has taken over? Well, I certainly have. So much so that I now own five of their deluxe packages that includes a doll.  They now have single doll packs, deluxe clothing packs, single clothing packs, and wigs too. The deluxe clothing packs have variations from the deluxe packages that includes a doll.  The eight deluxe doll sets Single clothing packs  Deluxe clothes pack  Deluxe clothing pack  Deluxe clothing pack  They have been spotted at Target so far. They may be at Wal-Mart too. I'm not sure.  Have you been seduced by Creatable World?
