Nick Fury Is In The House!!!

I'm so happy I can't stand it. Back in May I found out that Sideshow Collectibles was selling the Hot Toys version of Nick Fury from The Avengers. I had to get him..had to. Come on it's a awesome version of Samuel L. Jackson. He came in stock on July 25th and my order was processed and sent out on the 30th. He was waiting for me when I got home tonight. He is AWESOME!! Just check his pictures out...

He comes with 6 sets of hands and there is so much more. I haven't set him free yet. He needs his own setup and area. There is already a stir with my ladies.  I do have another Samuel here but this one is making him look not so great.

    Congratulations, Dollz4Moi, on getting your SLJ figure. Wowsa he's a fine figure in his long black leather coat.

    Please tell me his eye is okay under the patch. I mean the doll er action figure - of course, lol. My MOM wanted the Hot Toys' Samuel L. Jackson from The Shadow, but this one is even BETTER because he doesn't have that funny eye makeup.

    Thanks for sharing. I look forward to reading more about this guy.

      Dana, the patch is permanent but I love him anyway. He has that don't mess with me vibe. I'm thankful that his clothing is removable so he'll be free one of these days. Right now I'm loving his NRFB status. Although the crowd of ladies is starting to form..LOL

I was talked into going to Englishtown (flea market) and boy am I glad I went. I wasn't enthusiastic at first since we were leaving  after noon which means all the good stuff is usually gone. I didn't take a ton of money but for about $20 I found some goodies I'm proud of.  My 1st find of the day I picked up the Sophie & two NFL Jerseys for $3. I love LIV bodies for body swaps. Those jerseys will come in handy for either the ladies or a couple of guys. Next find I up 3 dolls and 2 books (not pictured) for $6. Not sure which Christie's or Teresa this is. I decided to answer Ms. Leo interview questions from   I Luv Dolls . Give it a try I'm interested in your answers too When did you start collecting dolls? Oddly enough I didn't start collecting dolls until my late 20's. My brothers had action figures (Star Wars, GI Joe). What was your first purchase as a collector ? My 1st purchase was Kelly Barbie's littlest sister in her crib. I guess we can say I loved the littlest one (at the time) first. How many dolls do you own? Really not sure at this point but figure I have over 300 Kelly & friends. My Fashion Royalty collection is about 130 - 150 at this point (I haven't inventoried lately). Has anyone noticed that Mattel's Creatable World has taken over? Well, I certainly have. So much so that I now own five of their deluxe packages that includes a doll.  They now have single doll packs, deluxe clothing packs, single clothing packs, and wigs too. The deluxe clothing packs have variations from the deluxe packages that includes a doll.  The eight deluxe doll sets Single clothing packs  Deluxe clothes pack  Deluxe clothing pack  Deluxe clothing pack  They have been spotted at Target so far. They may be at Wal-Mart too. I'm not sure.  Have you been seduced by Creatable World?
