My newest title gives way to the fact that I'm still dreaming about all the fun I had in L.A. at the Fashion Royalty Premiere Convention. We flew out of Newark airport on United Airlines. The flight was six hours oy vey. Thank goodness I had my travel dolls with me. This year I chose a classic and a newer doll to accompany me. Let me introduce Morgan (Splendid Jordan) & Antoinette (Urban Antoinette Adele) The flight out was 6 hours long. When did it become the norm for airlines to charge you for everything except water & soda. Maybe  it's me or the airline I chose..LOL.  We arrived safe & sound. Day 1: We arrived the day before the actual festivities.   There was a pumpkin carving contest put on by the hotel employees. I really liked this one. My ladies couldn't resist a photo op. Today was the day I was going to over to my awesome friend Cecile's , Chynadoll Creations , h ouse to play. Things happened and well we couldn't get together this weekend do we had a virtual play da te and decided to share it with you all . We both redressed some ladies and here are my results :O) I redressed All in White Colette, Strict Elegance Luchia, an d Main Event Adele. I hope you all like. All the ladies clothing was made by Kathi Stareprawo of  Frau E fame. The bags and the nec klace that Adele is wearing is also by Frau E. The rest of the jewelry is all from Integrity. Colette's boot s are from Mattel. This was fun and I have more ladies to dress

The convention was held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. We arrived at the hotel on early Wednesday afternoon. Erin sort of got waylaid as it took too much time to redress two dolls everyday, so Nadja got the full time job as it were. I was happy to be invited to join a couple of bloggers that I follow and occasionally post on. I was able to get together with Frannie of Thriftstoredolls and Cecile of Chynadollcreations fame. I had a fabulous time meeting both of these ladies. We met at Cecile's house (I was about 20 mins late..sorry again). The ladies greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome. We talked a bit, enjoyed some pizza, and then we shopped for supplies.  Once we got back to Cecile's we pulled out the stuff to be redone. I didn't take pictures of everything before but there are a couple of pieces everyone should be familiar with. I brought a container of things I always wanted to be repainted but never jumped into.
